I play many instruments, but my native one is the violin, so that makes me an orchdork.

I can play the cello, mandolin, the upright bass and bass guitar, and the piano, but badly.

I guess if vocals count as an instrument, that's what I play. Not that I'm highly trained in the metal growl or anything... and I haven't performed on a stage since 2001... but I have done such a thing (singing a Weezer cover, actually). They tell me I did well. I still don't believe 'em, no matter how high my scores on Rock Band are nowadays.
Speaking of Rock Band, I also play a small plastic dogguitar with buttons for frets and a strum bar for strings.

I play guitar, mandolin, piano and saxophone; or at least that is what i can play well. I can play the banjo, didgeridoo and drums, but certainly not very well. Also, and no offense to any vocalists out there as I know that it takes just as much practice and/or talent to sing as it does to play any instrument, but I wouldn't say vocals are an instrument simply because vocals aren't a separate tool you use to make music... but that's just semantics.
