It was only until last year when I started reading Watchmen did the concepts click to me that the Graphic Novel was one of the most influential and messaging mediums I have ever delved into. Since then, I have read Alan Moore's works nonstop. While this may seem to be a rather derrivative question, but I just wonder what are people's favorite works by Alan Moore. Frankly, for me, I still find Watchmen to be one of the most messaging and mind-blowing books I have ever read.

Though I love Watchmen, I gotta give my 2nd place to Swamp Thing. Honestly.
I have read the first book in the Swamp thing series, and while the first half does an interesting job at displaying the humanity left in the Swamp Thing, the second half based itself less on the Swamp Thing, and more on a "conquering of fears" motive, of which seemed rather derrivative to me.

Ive only read watchmen, V, and the the killing joke but it was a toss up between V and Wm. had to give it to watchmen as the movie was better.

Does manga count?
Did he write manga?
Whoops. I wasn't able to see the entire title until I got the Quoted message in my inbox. Since it stopped at "writte," I assumed it was "What is your favorite Graphic Novel written?"

Keep em comin'. Suprised not that much in the other category. Guess "Top Ten", "Captain Britain", and "Promethea" are a bit sleeper hits.

I'm more of a "League" man myself. Gotta love that steampunk atmosphere.
While Black Dossier was terrible, I'm glad they redeem that god-awful mess with 1910.

What about Miracleman/Marvelman? That was one of the first series that made him really popular.

I haven't yet to check those out yet. Any collections yet available for them?

I've only read League and Watchmen, so I think out of those two I like League of Extraordinary Gentlemen the best. Watchmen was sort of overhyped - I went into League with no expectations and was blown away. The movie is shit, though.
