Problem is, nowadays, most people want a game that looks 'pretty'. Take FFVII. Despite how awesome it is, most kids nowadays would never play it because it doesn't look real enough. Hence forth, you come out with games that have very little depth to them, but look good. We need to break this trend. Time now.
Something to do with Warhammer 40k. Don't really care what is is, although i think a third person shooter would work pretty well. Third person would make it easier to incorporate melee.

Remember when Yahtzee proposed a sandbox crime game where you play as a comic-book villain? I actually think that would work really well as a real game if you did it right.
