Boomer, Its the infected I get the most done with. True he is a little cheap and very easy to use, but I guess that's why I like him. I also like the smoker, I often get away with stalling the opposition and making their lives miserable (until they snipe me).

The jockey sounds and acts like a fucked up version of Igor. And played right you can cause major havoc to the survivors. Plus watch out for the karma Charger!

I only played the original and without the tank and witch there isn't that much

Hunter. I love leaping from rooftops onto hapless survivors and ripping out their innards.
Failing that, I would LOVE to play as a witch one day. It'd be AMAZING. Also, I actually enjoy playing as a Spitter. Fair reload time, but they can deal MASSIVE damage when combined with a hunter, charger, jockey, or smoker. Not so much a boomer though.

Charger is fun when you launch someone off of a building. I also like the hunter because he can bounce around. I just learned how to play a really good hunter and now I can jump from one building to another.
The charger is the most epic, you just truck through a bunch of dumb survivors then you deal a ton of damage to one. And taking them off ledges.

Charger because the first time I played one I managed to get the achievement for knocking the whole team down in the Mall just before they turned off the alarm I couldn't believe my luck.

When I started playing this game, I didn't even consider that I might like the Boomer one day, but I think it's really satisfying to just puke on the whole survivor squad and then explode. It's okay to explode. I guess it's that. I die with everyone else.
