Poll: What's your views on healthcare systems?

Star-o-the-world Barack Obama recently made some headway into saving the US from its rediculous costs; I'm wondering what you fellow Escapist readers think, and if you are happy with your current country's system.

How about nationalized, but you can still keep your old insurance.

Yeah, I just thought of the four big ones I'm aware of... are there other policies in place?
