Poll: When you're thirsty, do you prefer normal water or some kind of soft drink or juice?

Personally, when Im thirsty I prefer either normal water or carbonated water(basically soda). Generally water though as that is available in most situations for me.

So guys. what about you eh? when thirsty, do you just drink water or something else?

Used to be soda, but I kicked the stuff. Replaced it with Gatorade G2. Much healthier, and much less tooth-rot inducing.

When I'm legitimately thirsty, like feeling midly dehydrated, I prefer water. Juice doesn't make me feel hydrated at all, and soda can do the trick but it takes a lot more and if I'm really thirsty I drink it too fast to enjoy it.

If i'm actually dehydrated, water is the way to go. If I just have an urge to drink liquids, tea or juice usually suffices. And if I'm on a cheat day SODA ALL DAY

Definetly normal water. During the summer, when it's hot and you haven't been drinking for the whole day, nothing beats a glass of cold water

I always prefer water, but the water here tastes like dirt and filtering it gets to be a pain in the ass.

I used to always drink fizzy juice but I've changed that recently since I was drinking far too much.

Now I stick to normal juice in some form, whether it be apple & blackcurrant, apple or orange.

If I'm thirsty I get water. Soft drink and juice is a reward item.

It kind of sickens me when I see friends have every drink as soft drink. Then if they are out or I'm out depends on whos house we're at they move to then next thing thats not water like juice.

Well, I'm fructose-intolerant, meaning I can't drink soda or juice. (Incidentally, what's the difference between "soda" and "cola"?) So I usually drink water.

Depends, if i'm gaming then i go for a 1.5 litre water bottle if i'm generally thirsty then i go for a can of whatever's in my reach.

Soft drinks i down to quickly, so water is usually the best way to keep myself hydrated.

Generally, something sweet like juice or whatever. I have to be really hot or my throat/mouth has to feel dry to want some water.
