I just wanted to know where all the great people on these forums actually live. I seem to see a range of answers. Just curious.

I'm Australian. It seems like many members of the Escapist are Australia, I'm not sure why.

It's because Yahtzee is based in Australia and it gives you guys a sort of civic pride, I guess. I however am English, but I went for Other - Please Specify because I refuse to believe that England is part of Europe just yet.

U.S.

I'm a god-fearing yank and damned proud of it! Explains a few things, doesn't it?

Apologies abound.

English and Proud. Dunno why Americans are proud. Not much to be proud off. They shoot the English in The Middle East. Stupid Asses. They really are stupid. Sorry to the 0.01% of Americans that are smart.
You're not doing very much to perpetuate an appearance of British intellect.

/Born and raised within the borders of the US. Never considered myself much of a patriot, and never put much stock in nationalistic pride.

None taken. Most of us are twats.

I, in return, apologize for coming off as a twat. If I did. Meandering away now...

I'm from Canada. And I'm suprised that there aren't more of us on here because we have quite a large gaming community.

P.S. Don't complain if it's cold because you have no idea what cold is... "Shivering".

Dutch. Not proud of it. I don't see the point of being proud of your nationality, except for creating an illusion of superiority.

Son of a U.S Army soldier and born and raised in Cali I like to think that I'm smart but I can't honestly be sure.

I'm with you on the patriotism thoughts. Though I'm American, not Dutch.

I did spend a couple weeks in the Netherlands with my special someone, and I really loved it there. I could really see myself moving there for good.

I'm FROM Sweden, but currently live in the US, and will stay the heck away from any upcoming patriotism debates.
(Generally it goes like this, "Americans are overly patriotic and stupid"
"I'm an american and I agree with you"
"I'm an american and I agree as well"
"I'm a true american patriot unlike those other communist terrorist losers that posted above. Our school system is the world's best and everyone who disagrees with that we are BIGGEST AND BEST AT EVERYTHING is a terrorist pinko commie and should be branded an enemy combatant! How DARE you criticize anything our government does? If you truly loved america and the values we stand for, you'd stop trying to better things here and obey blindly, like me!")
