For me, there isn't just one, but many, including Halo 3: ODST, WET, Call of Duty: Madern Warfare 2. All of them are games that i'm eargerly anticipating and can't wait to play, due to the gameplay demos, and pre-release reviews i've seen. However, they aren't the only major games coming out over the next year, and I'd like to know which unreleased game thats coming soon interests you, and why.
