Assuming I wouldn't sweat like a pig or keep bumping into objects, I'd choose superspeed. Because it's cool.

Teleportation, unlike flight you can go through walls. Makes bank robbery much easier.

How short range is "short range" and how often can I do it? How would I be flying? My decision will be based entirely on those. If I just magically fly that is awesome and I would probably go with that. If I needed to use fuel (like a jetpack) I would probably pick teleportation.

I think I'd fly.

Jet packs can run out of fuel. Teleportation is lame if it's limited to only short range. I don't see what's so special about a car that transforms. Probably won't get you somewhere any faster than a normal car. Super speed can be too dangerous if you go too fast. As the Flash showed at one point. The dangerous and untested device? HA! What I use now is meh. And the gunship seems like it'd be slow...

So yeah, flight.
