There are a great number of funny people in the world, and a great many loud people. When they're both loud AND funny, there exists a certain charm that cannot be broken no matter what, even through the shouting of that person. This is especially good if they're not only loud, but very Large Hams.

The reasons, of course, are because of the fact that he took extra helpings of ham at the table and ran with it. Honestly, the GPS idea was flipping hilarious, nevermind his performance. What's yours, docs?

Man, I read this and I immidiately thought: "This poll was designed for Brian Blessed." And honestly, anyone who's ever heard of him should have thought the same thing.
For me, I think it's the fact that concerning the subjects he discusses, he's not partcularly funny as far as wit goes, but it's just the way he expresses himself that turns every one of his lines into pure charisma.
