Poll: Who still play Battlefield 2 ?

That title wasn't meant to be ironic or sarcastic. How many people still play BF2 ?
Is it worth buying this late or would TF2 be a better option ?
OR should I just wait for BF3 ?

I don't know about Battlefield 2, but Team Fortress 2 is still crawling with people.

I play both, both are great, you cant really compare.
But imo BF2 is the more balanced game

Currently 9,600 players on BF2 at this moment according to Gamemonitor, of which 400 are playing the Special Forces expansion, 300 playing each of the booster packs, 800 playing the Project Reality mod, and 100 playing Forgotten Hope 2.

Steam reports 15,100 players of TF2.

This pretty much covers it. They're both still pretty heavily played, but TF2 has more players. Heck, Team Fortress Classic and Battlefield 1942 still have diehard players, for that matter. The cool thing about online PC gaming is that a truly good game is just about guaranteed to last at least 10 years.
