Haven't done one of these in while so lets amend that, shall we?

Would you rather

- Have £100,000, or whatever is equivalent in your currency (I'm not good at maths so I can't say)

- Have THE most delicious sandwich in the world. (The steps, effort and knowledge required means that it can only be created and eaten once)

* You can't pick the money and buy the sandwich, that would be cheating.

Money. I make good enough food myself. Plus, that much money would be a great deal more in CDN$, so much so that if I put it away I could probably retire 10-15 years sooner, so I would do that in a second.

I dunno, that sandwich sounds pretty good.

Would everybody know that I ate THE most delicious sandwich in the world?

I would have to take the money. Mainly because that would be far more useful than something only good one time.
Now if it was a sandwich that I could have once a month or something then it may be a closer option for me.

Any hint on whats on the sandwich? Or is it just a blind pick?

I would still probably go the money, I could buy the ingredients to make many a good sandwich.

Well if I can't make more, then the sandwhich will be useless! It'll make me disdainful of normal sandwhiches D:

That being the case, I'll take the money and invest it or something... although a bronze statue of me in an epic pose would be pretty kickass. Do I have enough? *goes and checks google*

Money. I don't care how good it is, no food is worth 100k.

Money duh, there so much I can do with that money then a mere sandvich. Sure that sandvich would be one of a lifetime but give it some years and that memory of the taste and greatness of that sandvish will fade away.

Definitely the money. There are things I can do with it that will make me far happier than food.

Like buying an army of kittens, for example.

And this is why I like the internet. Sage advice above all else.

OT: Yeah, I think I'd still go for the money personally.

it's not even a contest. if you take the sandwich you're only setting yourself up for a lifetime of subsequent disappointing meals. once you're at the top, there's nowhere to go but down. take the money, keep your standards low, and everything will be delicious.

Money. Sure the sandwich is the best sandwich ever made, but I would only get it once and then it's gone forever. With the money I can buy all the sandwiches I want in addition to all the other things that the money could be used for.

Well this is definitely easy choice for me, money.

This is because I can buy myself a delicious meal if I want too or keep eating less delicious food and save more money instead for other things that could make me happy.

There is absolutely no way I would forgo £100k for one measly sandwich. The amount of money offered renders the factor of taste irrelevant.
