My brother came up to me and asked me this question. This question really got me thinking. And really, I couldn't decided on which side would win. Both rely on some other organism to exist. Xenos need anything that a Facehugger can attach to, and Necros need dead bodies and from what the wiki is telling me, they can infect animals too.
So here's the situation:
Some small space station, or colony. There are a lot of people on it. The Marker is on the location as are eggs for the Xenos. All types of Necros are there, and all types of Xenos are there (if they can be made).
Types of Necros are found here: http://aliens.wikia.com/wiki/Necromorph
Types of Xenos: http://aliens.wikia.com/wiki/Xenomorph
And just to keep the argument rolling, lets say the marker does not mess with the Xenos mental state. And keep this is mind, Necros need dead flesh to infect. And the Xenos don't have flesh, they have an exoskeleton. So no Necro Xeno hybrids and vice versa. Facehuggers can't infect a Necro. As I'm sure the Chestburster needs warmth, which a reanimated corpse does not have.
