People accidentally hit the enter button all the time. It's not that big of a deal. just wait a few minutes to report, give them a chance to write what they are trying to write.

Look, I understand that this may indeed be report worthy. But can we please stop calling foul mere minutes after a topic with no text has been made? For all we know they could still be typing it up or got and error.

As for the OP...yes sometimes, something to do with the tear ducts...it's actually quite embarrassing when this happens in public, make you look like you're crying ^^'

I hate to do this but the anti post arguments just make me want to be contradictory. You have to give the poor newbies more than two minutes before you report a thread.

OK then, sorry about that. However, it has been 10 minutes now so we can probably report safe in the knowledge that he's had his chance and blew it. Regardless though, in future I'll make sure to give it a bit longer. I just felt it was deliberate though considering he specifically typed "(no text)" as his post.

By the way, whenever you accidentally hit enter, the default that it puts into the box is (no text) as a place holder.

No, (no text) is what automatically appears if you hit the enter button without writing anything.
