So, reality itself breaks... everything turns to whiteness. Purgatory if you will.

God appears in front of you, turns out he's a gamer (just run with it), he tells you he will base the world around any game of your choosing.

What game do you pick and why, also. Are you an important character? are some of your friends important characters? Let's use 'Fable' as an example. Are you a hero? good or bad? Has something happened and is there a main antagonist to this? etc, etc.

I would personally choose Tekken... "Tekken!?" I hear you say, yes. Tekken.

Just have the whole world be a giant fighting tournament with over-the-top action. It's a little far fetched but... come on, look at the title...

I'd go for a proper RPG world. Mainly because if the convenient inventory. I'd love being able to carry pretty much everything around with me and select whatever I need from a neatly organised grid.

I would go for the Mass Effect universe, how cool would it be?! Although whether it is an RPG or action/adventure world is up for debate.

FPS.

Though not because I want it that way, but because it'd be....interesting seeing all those little kids (and some men) who think war is a videogame attempt to play it like one, and see how war really is as a result.

Sure, turning the whole world into a killing field might be a bit much to get some dumb kids to realize the truth and reality of it all, but eh.

Adventure game. Not action/adventure, just Adventure.

Me and the few other adventure game enthusiasts would know the logic the world functions by and take it over with nonsensical cartoon logic and rubbing things on other things 'til we get points.

Not to mention, I could go totally clepto on everything, and it would all fall under the category of, "Saving the world."

Probably Pokemon. I mean, that would just be the best alternative to doing work I could possibly think of. You can't die or anything and you just wander around and sic your pets on random passerby's. Although It'd get pretty depressing after a while. Your a mute and everybody else is a retard who can't say more than one sentance without getting a brain hemmhorage(that isn't how you spell it, I am aware).

Personally, queueing in the Post Office and suddenly being interrupted by a white nova and the words "LEVEL UP" boomed from the sky would brighten up any day. Especially when the newly-levelled Rank 2 Postman received a ripple of applause from the line.

How is the FPS choice uniquely different to modern day real life wars? I still picked that option because I want to don a gas-mask and live on Helghan-super militarism? Yes please!
