my personal favorite is the Iron Maiden because he the most challenging monster to kill

The licker from RE2 was awesome...I was fairly young when I first played it and I remember it scaring the hell out of me. It was a really well designed monster.

The original tyrant, playing through that game when it first came out was an amazing experience. And the fight with the tyrant was just the icing on the cake.

The Nemisis (sp?). It chased me from room to room and didn't have an obvious weak spot. It also was very tough to beat.
That and Thanatos was pretty cool. I also hated mimicry marcus.
Oh and the brain sucker/drain deimos was also pretty cool.

That would be the Verdugo, U-3 is what Saddler refers to as "it". My favorite creature is the Verdugo.

Didn't that one zombie in the remake take about 4 shots from barrys 44. to knock down? That was an awesome zombie.
