I'll go with MM as well, It's dark, the mask system and the time system work very well IMO. I love the series in general but MM is definitely my favorite.

Agreed, Zelda Games usually have the best grasp on time and its effects on gameplay

Hey, hey, hey, hey, Wind Waker is second on my list. The islands idea is so great it overcomes all the other problems with the game. Like a lame plot, or the massive head and anime style emoticons.

I really dislike MM. I thought it was a very bad game. Yes, BAD. Maybe its my personal grudge against timed things in video games, which the ENTIRE game was timed, but I just did not enjoy it. OoT wins in my book.
