Do any of you have a real passion. Something that you would give your life to do. something that you would do for free in order to follow it. These days so many of us have given up on our passions and made so many compromises that its to late to turn back and pursue our passions. So do you still have a passion, can you still follow it, or have you given up and there is no turning back and let yourself hit the ceiling, refusing to climb any higher towards your dreams

I don't really have a passion - I love history, and I'd probably like to teach it one day, but it's something I feel I have to do. I'm also rather passionate about playing the guitar, but once again, that's not something I'm interested in pursuing a career in. I guess one could say my "passion" is my desire to be successful in whatever career I choose to pursue - and I'm certainly working towards that right now.

I wish I had a passion. I am still unable to find anything that captivates me in that kind of way. I mean sure i'm a gamer, but it's not like I game 24/7, and I wouldn't even if I was able to.

I'm pretty passionate about music and history, but not as much as I'm passionate about East Asian culture and Language. I'm taking Japanese in the spring session, so I guess I'm kind of following it?

I kinda gave up on my passion when I got close to it and found out it wasn't nearly as much fun as I imagined it would be. Now I no longer follow any passion or grand dream, I just try to live a good life and have some fun along the way. So I guess when it comes to that I'm doing fine.

Do you literally mean "women" as in the plural? Or just one woman? Because having a harem is pretty awesome but eventually the girls start fighting over you.

On-topic, I'm an accounting and finance major to pay the bills, but my true calling is in media production and writing so I'm always pursuing that in my spare time (and right now as my job while I'm in school.)

I would love to play baseball professionally. I know, the probability of that is so low that I shouldn't hold my breath, but it's something I feel would be a fun thing to strive for. After a three year hiatus thanks to a demanding job, I've finally rejoined my old team this year. In fact, I have to get up in 6 hours to go practice for a preseason tournament next week.

I am also in college for network administration just in case my professional baseball career doesn't take off. A full ride scholarship would be serious possibility though. I could live with that.

But seriously, I think i'll start soccer/footbal/whatever you call it, up again. I was actually good at that sport. I'm rather apathetic towards alot but playing that sport just made me feel so good.
