So much of this depends on context, which it is completely lacking.
However, if I felt assured of no negative social consequences or upcoming events that would thwart this endeavor(the wrong person finds out and tells so and so and I get in trouble, drug test upcoming, law enforcement may come by), I'd go for it.

Nope, especially not at a party.
I wouldn't trust the people around me with Stupid-Me, and I wouldn't want to invite an issue that didn't need to exist.
Then there's the whole "It's illegal" thing. No matter your opinion on the matter, you can still get your life pretty screwed up if the wrong person finds out you used it.
Just ain't worth it, in my opinion.

I would take it, smoke it, pass it on and everything would be absolutely fine.
Way to make an issue out of nothing. People have smoked cannabis for thousands of years, for recreation, spiritual use, medical use, whatever. That's not about to change any time soon. I think at least 75% of people I know have smoked weed or do currently smoke it on a regular basis.

I do the classic "don't, but make them think you did" by holding it to my mouth, but without inhaling. I get street crid, and don't endanger my brain cells; everyone's happy. 
Nope, both because I don't know why I'm at a party, and I can't decide whether I have a faint desire to smoke it.
No..no I wouldn't. I hold nothing against anyone who choses to do so either. In fact I play own game, I wait for people to get high and then steal their women-folk. That's how I get high.
