I've always wanted to know If people could guess there SPECIAL on fallout because I always made me on Fallout and Wondered what other peoples where. (They must add up to 40)

I don't know, some of them are debatable or a wild stab in the dark but after playing Fallout 3 waaaay too much, I can say this is fairly close

In Fallout, my Charisma is a 1 (since it's easily compensated for mwahaha) and Strength and Perception are higher. I go for the best character build I can find and not trying to make myself. Although that is a good idea...
