PoP: Sands of Time Trilogy Version Comparison

Okay, so I have been meaning to get around to playing the sands of time trilogy. I have access to Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox, so which versions of each game is the best? Best graphics? Plays the smoothest? I don't care about extras, I just want to play the most proficient version of each game graphics and performance-wise.

Which ever one is easier on your fingers. THe gamecube never seemed grip friendly.

I'd say Xbox.

Either because The Sands of Time trilogy is an awesome series of games with the exception of #1's combat system.
