I would have to say assassins creed. and portal doesn't really need a sequel maybe you could get some good custom maps off the web

Red Dead Redemption, though it doesn't really count as a sequel. The game sounds amazing, and after playing GTA4, I have to say that I'm confident Rockstar will deliver.

Well, it does have an official trailer, and considering where the original ended (after the credits) I seriously doubt that they aren't making a sequel.
