It'd be really awesome if at the end of Portal 2, you have GlaDos' body (or mind) ball (or whatever it is) and a furnace. And you drop her into it and avenge companion cube's death and get to the last room. Just an idea, whatdya' think?
It would be interesting if you did that, and a second after glados "dies" she says someting along the lines of "Did you actually think that would work again?" And then you would go through a couple more puzzles to finally kill glados once and for all.Pescetarian said:That would be a great theory if not for the fact that that's EXACTLY THE SAME GODDAMN THING YOU DID IN THE 1ST GAME. Valve would never be stupid enough to mindlessly repeat Portal, which, while a great game, has now gotten old.
That was the point- the Cube was inspired by experiments that showed isolated subjects could and would bond with inanimate objects. It was, like the cake, included to highlight just how warped GLaDOS' perceptions were of what was important to people.Korten12 said:I never got the love for the campanion cube... I mean that wouldn't be that good of an ending becuase despite the love for the companion cube it wasn't that big part of the story, you used it for one level and that was it... >.>
Refer to the boss fight from #1. You do this. Three times.Celtic Predator said:It'd be really awesome if at the end of Portal 2, you have GlaDos' body (or mind) ball (or whatever it is) and a furnace.
