Posting videos from PS4

I got a PS4 recently and have been having quite a lot of trouble posting videos to facebook. The length is usually anywhere from 20 seconds to about 3 minutes and it seems purely random whether or not it will upload or not.

It usually gives an error message immediately or within a few minutes of the start, and only through retries does it ever infrequently complete.

This is a feature that I am having some fun with, mostly posting stuff from Dark Souls 3 and Song of the Deep of interest to my friends but I'm starting to not even bother since it rarely ever works.

Looking online at various forums I am to understand that this is not a small minority of an issue, and that no one seems to have a good fix. The error code indicates that there is no specific problem so idk what I can do.

I wasn't aware you could post straight to Facebook. I never have problems posting to YouTube.

Make sure you actually gave the Playstation permission to post, or your FB will keep blocking it.

Facebook does have some version of ContentID, so a game with a licensed soundtrack that doesn't disable it in share/capture can cause problems.

I had the issue for awhile, and it seemed to just eventually clear up, so it may be you get a pass after it verifies enough videos from you.

At some point I need to post this video from Division I have. It's 8v4 in the Dark Zone. We chased off eight rogues that were trying to kill us after we took a Supply Drop, which they failed to steal from us. Sadly, this video doesn't include the first encounter with them when they failed to steal our extraction.
