Other than that I guess Guild Wars 1, 2, Monster Hunter and Prince of Persaa (the newer one) did had some scenery in my view (what I can think of at the moment).
Final Fantasy 13 is just a beautiful game with beautiful locations. Sure you walk in a straight line the whole game, but atleast the backdrops looks awesome.
Halo has never been known for good graphics, actually more like known for bad graphics. But Halo 4 is an amazing looking game.
Spec Ops: The Line, hands down. The choice of colours, patterns and motives is absolutely fascinating, especially considering how dark the story of the game gets. It stands in vivid contrast and is very beautiful.
Deadandthrills has plenty of great screenshots which show what I mean.
Well, two of my favorites (Okami and Journey) have already been mentioned so I'll say Folklore. It was a good, but not great game, an it looked very pretty. Especially when you consider how early in the PS3's life it was released.
In terms of raw graphics I would say Uncharted 2/3 and Killzone 2/3.
In terms of art style I would say Oblivion (I found it to be more pleasant than Skyrim visually, mainly due to it's coloring and lush hills and forests)and Red Dead Redemption.
And while I haven't played it yet, from what I've seen from footage and the demo, El Shaddai: Ascension Of The Metatron looks to be the most beautiful game I've ever laid my mortal eyes on.
