PSP bought for EB game broke three times can i get my money back

I bought a psp at eb games about 2 months ago the first one i bought the battery was broken. I was fine at the time i just went back and got a replacment. the new one i got after the screan started to pixclate. i broght it back and they said they didn't have any psp in stock so i had too wait a week i went in today got a new psp came home and it work for about 2 min then turned off and wont turn back on (yes i have it charged) is they any way i could get my money back or at lease get some trade in value.

Ps: the time for me right now is 1130 and eb a close

I doubt many people here are more familiar with the return policy than the actual employees.

you might be able to, if its used then they have a decent warranty on hardware, if its new it should be under sonys warranty, you gotta watch out with sony hardware, it likes to break, Im almost afraid to get anything for my psp since Im worried its on its last legs

yeah it used i just hope i can at lease get trade in-value
