Hey, I'm rarely on any forums so sorry if I'm breaking any sort of rules by creating this thread, but here is my story:

I stopped gaming 4 years ago because school was getting way too intense and I had a part time job. Now, I'm still at school but I finally have time for myself. And I miss gaming a lot. And I'm really thinking about buying this PSP go. But I have a few questions:

1. Will I be able to emulate NES, SNES and other old gaming consoles games?

2. Will it read text documents?

3. Are the videos going to be of good qualities or are they going to be slaughtered during the conversion process?

Thank you. :)

1: aren't emulaters illegal? Or am I thinking of something else?

2: I don't think so

3: depends on the developers

Well I thought I heard somewhere that emulators were 100% legal as long as you owned the original cartridge. But it's been a while, maybe law has changed.

no they have always been illegal.

2. It cant, unless you have a mod psp. but I dont know what mod I just know that somewhere someone must have modded it to look at text docs.

3. videos meaning movies? then yes they are good quality.

dude I no you've been out of gaming for a few years but come on, is a gaming platform from Sony, so no emulator of Nintendo games, no read text documents and defenutly have good vedio quality(For a hand held gaming system that is in essence the same as the old PSP).

My edvice to you for future refrence is to look this kind of question up on a web site first before coming to the forms.

Everyone answered in points, so I guess I'll have to do the same.

1. dunno

2. dunno

3. If you convert it to the PSP, and then watch it on a bigger screen it'll look terrible, but in the low inches the PSP has, it will look good. Chances are that the PSP screen is better than your monitor or TV, compared to the inches.
