This video is CrowbCat's video on the dissipointment of No Man's Sky and to anyone who has been following the development of that game like a Hawk and was subsequentially dissipointed by the product:

Explain to me the context of this one perticular scene of this video where it shows that the box of the game had a re-print of the Pegi Ratings logo where it shows a 7, but under it was a 12+ and a image that translates to "Online" and the video than plays a sad, tragic sounding Catholic Church choir?

The part is in 11:06.

So what is the Context of that "En Linea" part?

Honestly I have no idea as I do my best to avoid all this stuff, so take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt.

I'm aware that there is no online mode where players can interact with one another. This was something that at the very least was implied to be in the final game. Having the network logo on the box also implies that it will be in there.

That and the discrepancy with the ratings points towards the box presented by the developer as being falsified in such a way as to give off the impression these features were a part of the game. Its function is similar to the "gameplay footage" released by Gearbox prior to the release of Colonial Marines. If you aren't aware of that case, the footage released by the company was substantially better than what was in the final product even though the company assured the audience it wouldn't be the case. It was taken as symbolic of the product as a whole.

Seeing that the images weren't Christ but pagan deities, I'd say the context is "here is another false god".

This. The video shows that online functionality was intended to be in the game at least up to the point where the box covers were printed (online interactions probably bumped the rating up to PEGI 12), and Hello Games decided to simply cover the ratings/online logo with stickers- and not very well, at that.

It's an example of Hello Games attempting a pathetic cover-up of the promises it made for No Man's Sky.
