Leave Handel, go for Mozart or Bach. The Messiah is over-rated.
And yes I have nothing useful to contribute but some computer companies will let you build a pc on their website and then make it the way you tell them.

That's fair enough. These web orders also have the major disadvantage that they seem to take forever. Good luck but I think you want to head over to the tech thread that Hotriculture mentioned for a more practical viewpoint.

I might have to change my plans due to the fact geek squad won't put it together for me (And no i have no idea what i am doing to do it on my own)
Perhaps try another major computer-repair place?

I won't be able to help too much with online suppliers as I'm in Aus. But would be happy to answer and computer questions you might have in PM.

thats because dell sucks nuts i'm quite happy with my HP and it works well for most games. tho its a laptop and i would suggest buying individual components and assembling it yourself. if you can fallow the instructions on a lego box you can build a pc.

i repeat. if you can fallow the instructions on a lego box you can build a pc.

there are youtube videos that show the building of a pc in under 10 minutes. look them up yourselves i'm lazy.

- my fav for putting together pc's, overpowered or not. You should be able to find or make something on this site for around 700 to 1000 pounds that would run anything and their mothers.

I recently received a list of computer parts from a friend that was, to say the least, epic. At full upgrade, it had five terabytes of writable memory, twelve gigs of RAM and a Nehalem chipset. It ran two high-end graphics cards in SLI, allowing it to run almost any game at full graphical settings. It had two LCD HD monitors. IT WAS SICK. The best part was that, all of the parts ordered from Newegg (a personal favorite site of mine) came to a total of less than two grand. I'll post the parts list now.

Base components

COOLER MASTER HAF 932

Core i7 920

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard 3-Way SLI

OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

COOLMAX CUQ-1200B 1200W

GeForce GTX 295 1792MB 896 (448 x 2)-bit DDR3

SAMSUNG EcoGreen F2 1TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache

SAMSUNG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE Model SH-S222A - OEM

SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 943SWX High Glossy Black 18.5" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor

Additional components

OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

GeForce GTX 295 1792MB 896 (448 x 2)-bit DDR3

SAMSUNG EcoGreen F2 1TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache

SAMSUNG EcoGreen F2 1TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache

SAMSUNG EcoGreen F2 1TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache

SAMSUNG EcoGreen F2 1TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache

SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 943SWX High Glossy Black 18.5" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor

This does NOT include a water-cooling system that I will be using (since I will overclock the Nehalem...because I can, alright?) nor any LED lights or shit if you want to make it look as epic as it is under the hood (something I won't be bothering with).

The watercooling system I'll be using will be...well, I'm not entirely sure. I've found air-cooling to work well enough for several years and have never dipped my toes (heheh) into the world of watercooling. However, I have been assured by several experts that I will require more cooling than air-cooling can generate if I overclock an i7 chip. If anyone has any suggestions, please PM me.

Amusingly Interesting Idea Number 763,549: Cool computer with freon, store various perishable items in secondary compartment. Refrigeration for dummies!

Would it work without overclocking?
How are you assembling this beast?
