Have only came across this recently completely by accident, but almost immediately drew me in. Has anybody heard of this title before? Got some trailers 'n stuff of course;

Am impressed by the visual style and the haunting synth soundtrack. And it's so cute!! Gargh! I want to save it now!

Any thoughts? Do Adult Swim publish good? Is this a known developer?

With a bit of searching, have learnt it was a part kickstarter funded project of two people increased to four now I think. Looks to be a first title for them. Own website for it here;

Was initially browsing games for around a tenner of currency, eventually led to coming across this. Am guessing it should be cheaper on Steam however.

Adult Swim is a little weird as a publisher; they're kind of like discount Devolver Digital. Which is to say, they tend to boost games with really strange or interesting ideas, but the games themselves don't always turn out quite so well (in contrast to DD, who have a relatively consistent track record of quality).

Oh okies, I only know of them through Rick and Morty so far. It's the first time I've seen them involved in a game.

Yeah, they've been a publisher for years now. They published Volgarr The Viking, Jazzpunk, Super House of Dead Ninjas, Duck Game, etc. etc. Lots of weird stuff.

They're probably most well-known as a publisher for Robot Unicorn Attack in the mainstream sense, though. At least, I remember seeing ads for that pretty much everywhere back in the day.

Wait, a PS4 game and it's available on PC too? Is that even legal? We should capture this rare species and display it in a museum.

A short intro cinematic to establish maybe a less than joyful mood has been uploaded. Extra points awarded for making me sad.
Still a consistently intriguing soundtrack, which apparently is procedurally generated layers for enemy encounters, while complete composed tracks for certain mood setting along the story driven environment. Am hoping this turns out as good as it looks and sounds, though anybody who kick-started this project hasn't made any noise on this site so far, so as a non-backer with only a recent awareness of the game, this is all I can contribute to their creation.

Playstation Plus has been shilling it pretty hard with prominent placement on store pages. I kind of glanced at it, saw Adult Swim and tuned right back off.

It looked like every other cartoony "art platformer" set in a "strange grim world" from the bare bones that were presented. Which is at odds with my dislike of Adult Swim, but still unappealing to me.
