Magrunner: Dark Pulse is in the process to be crowdfunded in Europe and something very interesting just happened, we discovered a massive flaw in their gameplay!
Yes, we were being pedantic but there was an issue with the game colour coding (Red/Blue) for polarized objects, Anybody that went to school knows Blue does not attract another BLUE! but a red! however, according to the developers this is going to stay as players perform better with this configuration, For people who don't know who Magrunner is, Magrunner is the new FPS that uses magnetic force in order polarize different objects in the level to solve puzzles of the game (1).
This really made me think what are the biggest sacrifices developers have had to make in order to create better gameplay? (i am thinking of need for Speed: The Run's tree knocking cars) and does that really make a big difference on the enjoyment of any game??
