Season 3 is finally here, and with it a few changes have been added to the basic RP formula.
Below are a list of characters that will be featured in season 3...
Appearance:
Personality: Naota is obsessed with appearing mature and attempts to act nonchalant. Naota idolizes his older brother Tasuku, carrying around Tasuku's baseball bat, and even hanging out with Tasuku's old girlfriend Mamimi. In Naota's mind, Tasuku is the epitome of what it means to be an adult, as opposed to the other adults in his life who he perceives as being immature. Naota is picky about his (drinks disliking drinks which are sour or bitter) and hates spicy foods.
Anime: Fooly Cooly (FLCL or Furi Kuri)
Appearence:
Personality Traits: Quick to judge, happy, quirky, and irritable, but not to an extreme. Inter-Galactic Super Cyborg G, or "Marina Liteyears" As she prefers to go by, was created by Professor Theo, Galaxy Renowned robotics engineer. On a travel across Planet Clancer, Prof. Theo was kidnapped, multiple times by an organization called "The Empire" That planned to use Prof Theo to build them an inter-galactic army of cyborgs... Or so Marina thought. Whatit actually was was
She is incredibly strong and can easily lift a giant mech off the ground. She also has a weak jetpack that acts as a rapid fire boost more than a mode of flight. She's fueled by Energy crystals, which are a limitless supply of energy but shatter easily with shock, so they break as Marina is hit. She's determined and willing to go as far as possible for what's good. The thing she wants more than anything is to be completly human.
Personality traits: Shion is a fun-loving, quirky, happy-go lucky girl... Before the parasite gets her. She's quick to make friends with anyone and is extremly out-going. She was born in Hinamizawa as the twin of Mion Sonozaki, of the Sonozaki family. Because there can only be one Head of the Sonozaki house, the Sonozaki house has a rule of infanticide for twins, to kill the younger of the two. Shion was barely spared, instead, sent away to a bording school. After breaking out, she made her way to the town right outside Hinamizawa. Like every resident of hinamizawa, she is infected with an unknown parasite that only remains latent when in the environment of Hinamizawa and the endorphines of the "Queen Infected", which is Rika Furude. The parasite will slowly attack her senses and ability to reason, making her feel like she's constantly being followed. It progresses to Halucinations, where people will appear different and say different things to her. She'll become homicidal and, after a long while, she'll kill herself in fear. If there are no weapons on hand, she will use her fingernails to claw out her throat. She has no idea of the parasite as this Shion was pulled early ftrom her "Fragment"

Personality traits:
A seemingly regular woman without many cares. Heather can be moody, hot-headed and sarcastic at times, but she has moments of humorousness too. She can deal well under pressure and is very brave. She is determined and can get through mostly anything for the final goal. In conclusion: A regular moodswingy teenager who?s had more than her share of bad experiences.
Powers/Abilities:
Heather has no special abilities, but carries a stun gun with her.

Personality traits:
Tira is ruthless and sadistic with no qualms about claiming the lives of her victims. She derives a demented form of amusement from other's suffering, apparently due to her upbringing as an assassin and is lethally addicted to murdering others. She has apparently suffered some form of bipolarity due to her interchangeable and unstable emotions. She has two disparate personalities, both representing opposite spectrums of her erratic emotions. Being either unfathomably happy, childish while at the same time violent, to aggressive, hateful and just plain sadistic.
Powers/Abilities:
A ring blade used by Tira. Eiserne Drossel was given to Tira during her days as a fledgling assassin. Tira also uses Eiserne Drossel to harvest souls . The blade of the ring is probably somewhat sharp on the inside as well as on the outside, as evidenced by some of her techniques inflicting damage upon herself or she might be catching herself on the outside of the blade. In spite of this she is able to wield Eiserne Drossel effectively.
Tira's fighting style revolves around acrobatic attacks along with her ring blade
Previous Game: Soul Calibur 3 & 4
Several Video Game characters are kidnapped from their own universes and forced to live in a house together in order to make a reality TV show. Breen, the token human for the Combine who are conquering Earth, serves as the show's producer as well as director. Breen's objective is to make the show so good that the people of Earth will stop fighting the Combine to watch the show, thus giving the Combine complete control of the Earths goverment. In order to achieve this victory Breen pulls a lot of underhanded and downright stupid tactics on the video game characters. By the end of the show Breen and the video game characters are forced to leave the Mansion because of a zombie attack, Breen plants to relocated to an island paradise where he will film season 2 of his reality tv show.
A new batch of video game characters, as well as a few returning members, awaken on an abandoned island. They soon find that Breen has set up the island as the next spot for his new Reality TV show featuring the video game characters. Breen continues with his old formula of driving the video characters borderline insane by bringing their various enemies to the island, as well as tormenting their loved ones. Eventually GLaDOS, Breen's security AI breaks free from his control, and starts a rebellion. GLaDOS starts "The Legion of Doom" or LOD, a resistance group thats dedicated to stopping Breen. Several video game characters decide to side with GLaDOS, while some decide to stay loyal to Breen. To fight LOD, Breen establishes "The Brotherhood of Breen", or BOB. An all out Civil War between the video game characters occurs. Eventually Breen is forced to surrender, but under one condition. Breen wishes for Issac, a video game character the Breen has openly tortured and hated, to be frozen in carbonite. Issac reluctantly agrees to this demand, and is frozen. Having obtained a frozen Issac, Breen activates his super-weapon. The weapon combines his own universe with one labeled as "Anime", this is where the second season ended.
It is a time for war for all those who inhabit the new universe that was created by Breen. The Combine have reasserted themselves in this new goverment, and have managed to dominate most of the world. The Combine decided it would be best if Breen continued his reality TV Show for yet another season. However this season would be different than most, this season would involve an all out war. The Brotherhood of Breen has grown to a drastic scale. The Combine has provided their own soldiers for Breen to use in his Brotherhood. The opponents of the Brotherhood of Breen is the Legion of Doom. Having reestablished themselves in the new universe, the LOD led by GLaDOS is nothing more than a small rebellion group. GLaDOS hopes to bolster her own ranks by acquiring solders in this new universes, who are labeled as "Anime Characters". And like any reality TV show the cameras will be rolling to capture every battle, every conversation, and hopefully every hot sex scene that occurs during the length of the show.

Since I want this new season to be long and epic, I have decided to allow you all to have up to two characters. You can bring the other character in during you own personalized episode, or you may bring them in at the very beginning of the RP. Likewise, if you only want to have one character, you may.
Over the course of the RP you may be asked to vote on a choice. You will PM (private message) me your vote to remain anonymous. Once all the votes have been tallied I will post the ultimate decision of the results.
No one knows who these cloaked individuals are. They sit around all day and watch the show and look for signs of godmodding, if the cloaked figure council decides that a gross godmod has occurred, the may call the offender up to their loft for judgement. Intelligences from the LOD suggests that the council might be made up of Combine overlords, but no concrete evidence has surfaced at this time.

Six's First mission on Noble Team was to locate a Distress Beacon; through the mission several Errie Devlopments were found. The Covenant were now on Reach... After many Tough Missions with the Team he took to Space to Destroy a Covenant Super Carrier, he did this with Fellow Spartan, Jorge. After The battle through Space and the Heart of the Super Carrier, it was clear, Either Jorge, or Six would die, and The Slip space bomb had to be detonated Manually... Jorge died thinking he had won this whole war. After That Operation, Six Fell through Space and landed alone in a City on Reach. He grouped up With Dot's to fight through it and Rescue A few Citizens. He later regrouped with the Rest of Noble Team. He then Used a Falcon air ship to move through out the city and Disable Covenant equipment after that he regrouped and a Jackal using a Needle Rifle killed Kat, The group called for extraction. They were then sent to 'Destroy Sensitive ONI equipment'. This, however, was a lie. They were sent to pick up and Advance A.I. Six was the one it chose. He had to get it to the Pillar of attum, once at the Docking station, he fought off Covenant, and Emille Used the MAC cannon to take out Covenant Ships. Once Cpt. Cutter Received Cortana, Six Volunteered to Take the now Dead Emille's spot at the Mac Gun to give the Pillar time to escape...
He was now alone on reach, one last Objective... Survive... He is truly a 'Hyper Lethal Vector'.

Personality traits:
He is very egotistical and has a massive ego due to his immortality and almost being completely invincible. He freely taunts and belittles his opponents, often allowing them to inflict seemingly fatal wounds before healing himself and obliterating his enemy. One of his favorite methods is allowing himself to literally be shot to pieces before simply flowing back together. It could accurately be said that rather than killing his opponents, Alucard breaks them. He seems to be concerned with finding a worthy opponent, most likely because he seems deeply sad and envious of humans, for they are blessed with the gift of death, while he himself is unable to die and must walk the Earth for eternity. Alucard also holds a great affinity for humans who take pride in themselves. An example of this is when Integra, his master, gives an order to kill, and he replies with "Splendid.", and the determination of his rival, Alexander Anderson, to destroy him an example of the "fantastic" and "magnificent" qualities of humans.
Powers/Skills:
Immortality: This ability is rather ambiguous, as Alucard himself has stated that immortality is a myth. However, what it most likely refers to is the human souls inside Alucard; it has been shown that, when damaged with exceedingly holy weapons, a blow that might have killed or incapacitated him is instead directed to his resevior of souls (when nearly bisected by Nail-Anderson, hordes of his familiars burned away instead of Alucard dying).
Advanced Regeneration: Alucard's ability to regenerate is considerably greater than any other vampire's, and may be due to the Hellsing family's experimentation. He has regenerated from a pool of blood and from being blown to shreds by gunfire, incinerated completely, etc. When damaged to an extreme extent, his body simply turns into a shadow-like substance and reconstitutes.
Superhuman Senses
Superhuman Accuracy: Alucard has been known to hit targets at great range using handguns while looking the other way. He does this by using his so called 'third eye'. He states that "if you shoot like humans do, you'll only miss like they do.".
Superhuman Strength: The extent is unknown, but Alucard can physically rip humans and vampires apart with ease. He also ripped through Tubalcain Alhambra's card which was strong and dense enough to slice through uranium.
Superhuman Speed: He can move faster than can be seen, and is faster than Mach Speed. He caught a magic bullet within his mouth [which tore through an SR-71 (which is made of multiple alloys, including VARIOUS amounts of titanium) and crushed it within his teeth].
Intangibility: The ability to pass through solid objects.
Superhuman Agility: The ability to defy gravity to an uncertain limit. He is also seen leaping impossible distances and can go up vertical surfaces.
Shadow Manipulation: Manipulation of shadows into physical form.
Shape-shifting: Alucard can transform himself or parts of himself into bats, insects, snakes, hellhounds, other human forms including a little girl, an amorphous mass of darkness, and many other forms. Alucard has four known human forms, each with different characteristics and weapons. He also states that his form means nothing and that he can take any form that he chooses.
Weather Control: The ability to control the weather to an unknown limit, as demonstrated by the fog created when he returned to London aboard the H.M.S Eagle.
Teleportation
Telekinesis: In the manga, Alucard uses this ability only once for certain; to close a door on a fleeing police officer. Alucard is later seen moving a broken down air-craft carrier from the Gulf of Italy to the Dover of London all in a little less than 40 minutes, only traveling at a few knots. However, whether this was telekinesis or the craft moving under it's own power is not adressed.
Telepathy: Alucard can speak telepathically to his fledgling.
Mind Reading
Mind Control and Hypnosis: (fans sometimes call it the "sex beam" after a remark from Pip).
Summoning: The ability to summon familiars, the souls of those whose blood he has sucked in a variety of forms that either sprout from his body or swarm about him as an army numbering in the thousands. These familiars can also include animals such as horses and the weapons and abilities that the familiars possessed in life, but Alucard can only use this ability when control art restriction system level zero is released.
Blood Sucking: The ability to suck a person's blood and absorb their soul and, consequently, their knowledge and memories. (He learns more about Millennium after absorbing Tubalcain.) He can also absorb blood through his clothes and skin, as he does with Luke Valentine's blood after his hellhound had eaten Luke's body.
Hibernation: Alucard is able to survive long periods of time without consuming blood, but is able to fight at a usual level of strength after drinking blood.
Immunity to the weaknesses most vampires possess: His abilities and health are not in any way compromised by such things as sunlight or silver. In fact, it appears that the only weapons capable of harming him to any real extent are the most holy of Christian artifacts, such as Father Anderson after augmenting his abilities with Helena's Nail (a nail which was from the True Cross which crucified Jesus Christ and was blessed in his blood).
'Supernatural Sense': The ability to sense supernatural activity (In The Dawn, a prequel to Hellsing. Alucard knew the Captain was a werewolf the moment he saw him, and in the OVA, could see the blessings on Father Anderson's bayonets).
Combat Experience: In addition to his superhuman abilities, Alucard also possess centuries of combat experience. While he usually relies on crushing his opponents with sheer power, he does at times use strategy. When he fought Alhambra, Alucard used shadow duplicates to distract him, allowing Alucard to close the distance between them and deliver the death blow.

He is a person of pure cruelty and insanity who cares for no one but himself, as he was born of hate, anger, and envy. He simply enjoys destruction and killing and he enjoys torturing others and making them suffer as much as he can, but also seems to enjoy a bit of pain inflicted on himself. He values his own life greatly and will do almost anything in order to survive.
Powers/Skills:
With his Millennium rod, he's able to control the minds of others and telepathically communicate through his mind controlled servants and to them. He's able to create a shadow world around him and his opponent, or opponents, and summon live monsters with cards he carries. If the person he is against loses, he is able to banish them to the Shadow Realm where they will be trapped for as long as Yami Marik wishes.

Combat Experience: In addition to his superhuman abilities, Alucard also possess centuries of combat experience. While he usually relies on crushing his opponents with sheer power, he does at times use strategy. When he fought Alhambra, Alucard used shadow duplicates to distract him, allowing Alucard to close the distance between them and deliver the death blow.

If the person he is against loses, he is able to banish them to the Shadow Realm where they will be trapped for as long as Yami Marik wishes.

He was offered to help the precursers, who turned out to be Ottsels, but apparently turned them down saying that his friend Daxter wouldn't last long without him. After he returned to normality.

Tira is ruthless and sadistic with no qualms about claiming the lives of her victims. She derives a demented form of amusement from other's suffering, apparently due to her upbringing as an assassin and is lethally addicted to murdering others. She has apparently suffered some form of bipolarity due to her interchangeable and unstable emotions. She has two disparate personalities, both representing opposite spectrums of her erratic emotions. Being either unfathomably happy, childish while at the same time violent, to aggressive, hateful and just plain sadistic.
Powers/Abilities:
A ring blade used by Tira. Eiserne Drossel was given to Tira during her days as a fledgling assassin. Tira also uses Eiserne Drossel to harvest souls . The blade of the ring is probably somewhat sharp on the inside as well as on the outside, as evidenced by some of her techniques inflicting damage upon herself or she might be catching herself on the outside of the blade. In spite of this she is able to wield Eiserne Drossel effectively.
Tira's fighting style revolves around acrobatic attacks along with her ring blade
