First off I'd like to get something straight, I'm not angry, I'm just curious as to what I did so I can avoid doing it in the future.

Now that that's out of the way, I got a warning for a post on a topic that said "Most dissapointing game" or something of the sorts. My exact words were "Bioshock 2 Nuff Said." I'm confused, because I don't really understand what I did that was wrong. If someone could clarify that would be great!

As others have stated, it's whats considered a "low content post". It's to cut down on people post count padding and comments that don't really move the discussion forward. Just writing a sentence or 2 to explain your view will save you from getting any more.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
it usually takes awhile to really understand what your being warned or put on probation for, the mods have a tendency to not really explain it

We much prefer for people to explain their opinions so we can understand where they're coming from. Trying to leave things at "'Nuff said" assumes that everyone knows what you're talking about, and not only is that a wee bit arrogant, it's also not very interesting to see. You can say more than that, can't you? :)

There is a way to appeal if you feel you received disciplinary action unjustly, but in this case I would guess it was because of low content.

What everyone else has said. Making a topic about a warning/suspension/ban is also frowned upon. Refrain from it in the future. The low content posts have gotten out of hand though, I agree. (The warnings on them, not the actual posts themselves.)

Alright, thank you guys! I won't do this in the future, and I understand, my post really didn't add to the conversation much................

Yeah, "nuff said" isn't enough, ironically.

To avoid the "short post smackdown", every post should include a topic/relevant example and one sentence explaining why. It can still be a short post, just more than four words.
