Recommend me a game for xbox 360

School just eneded for me so i want to buy a new game for my xbox 360. I already have fable II Halo 3 gears of War 1 bioshock the orange box and crackdown. could you guys give me a good game to buy?

right now i'm leaning towards oblivion or fallout 3 but i can't make up my mind

Don't bother with Oblivion. The game is showing its age, and Fallout is made by the same company and all, on the same engine. So Fallout is like Oblivion, but upgraded, and with guns and shit.
Also, I highly recommend Left 4 Dead and Mass Effect.

Well, I enjoyed Dead Rising, and Oblivion is good if you've got time to waste.

Oh, and just on the off chance that you like RPGs, try Blue Dragon. I loved that game.

OT: Prototype will be great when it comes out in a couple of days, but if you can't wait that long I recommend Assassin's Creed (maybe) or Left 4 Dead, especially since Left 5 Dead's coming out soon.

Prototype is going to fucking rock faces off!
I don't usually get so exited about games that aren't out yet, even if they are highly popular franchise(I've been burned).
But Prototype is made by the guys who made The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction game. the engine they used to build that game was excellent. It was smooth, and had great contex sensitive effects. You really felt like the Hulk, tearing through city streets and kicking ass.
After reading a preview in Game Informer, they said its the same company, and the same engine build, but rebuilt and upgraded. And from what I've studied in the videos, and from what I know about the old engine, when I put it together in my head, it looks like a perfect marriage of concept and hardware.
Regardless of what unexpected problems the game could probably have(Story, A.I.), none of it would be gameplay. If all else fails, the gameplay itself will kick ass.
So lets be uncontrollably exited together! Fucking yeeeaaaah!!

CoD 4 has great multiplayer and a griping solo campaign. For once you get to play as the Brits as well. Infact the SAS missions are the best.

Mass Effect is a great suggestion. A really good RPG with an epic feel, some good dialogue and some barely hidden comentary on racism. Shep and Wreex are bad ass. You can finish it ready for ME2 to come out.

My favorite 360 game is Mass Effect. So much more of an engaging RPG than Oblivion or Fallout 3. I thought Bethesda did well with Morrowind, but Oblivion was just uninteresting to me. Very bland. And Fallout...well, I was a fan of the first 2 games and this one just seemed to lack the same spirit. So make of that what you will. Mass Effect on the other hand had a great storyline, memorable and well-developed characters, and great replay value. I'm on my sixth replay currently and still finding new things in the game.

I also enjoyed Assassin's Creed. Yeah, the side missions can be repetitive, but there's a lot of fun to be had in climbing anything and everything and face-stabbing guards. Very fun game, if not quite as replayable as Mass Effect.

Overlord. You control minions who cause havoc and chaos. Pretty game, too.

Mirror's Edge. Free running and a good story, although rather short.

Fallout 3. It's Fallout 3. Everyone knows what it is.

if you care for JRPGs then go Tales of Vesperia, great gameplay and charcters. I'll hold back my excitment for prototype till it's release and purchase by my friend.

Erm, you also get to play as the brits in CoD and CoD:2...

On topic, Crackdown is for the win with keys to the city, halo 3 is pretty decent if you have multiplayer, But id wait for ODST in autumn.

Um, if your not just about exclusives, go for Godfather II. Forget about Saints row and GTA - Godfather II is pretty much them, except more gory, much better combat, (Especially with the Hand-To-hand) And has some RTS style-features. it also has a good story, and its better than the other two major crime sandboxes overall.

Red faction is great too, Ima chargin mah sledgehammer...

If you wanna get one of the bethesda games, get Fallout. Its pretty much oblivion with GUNS.

Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts

Cheap and amazing, one of the best games I've played. Simply put if you like the idea of making your own amazingly stupid and wonderful vehicles this realises that dream. I have well over 100 creations, each one either useful, deadline or flat out stupid. It's a really fun toy, and even then, a great game.
