recommend me a good shooting game

I am in dire need of a new shooting game,MAG is the glitchiest game I've ever played on the PS3, Uncharted 2 multiplayer I am fed up with and I'm not even going to TOUCH MW2 so tell me a good First person shooter/third person shooter.

P.S. I do NOT own a 360 and I'm not gonna invest in a gaming laptop so don't point me to halo or Gears of war

Fallout 3, but this is a pretty half baked game on PS3 and only worth getting on PC. If you don't mind dated graphics, the two F.E.A.R.games are okay.

If you can put up with a "Bulky" control system Killzone 2 is amazing, they controls just weigh alot, which some people find realistic, and some find annoying.

AARGH, WaW was what I was gonna suggest, if only for Nazi Zombies. Yes the game is 2+ year old, but Nazi Zombies will NEVER die. And the shooting physics are just tops.

Playing as a combat oriented character is fun. Or at least it was about 10 years ago..

Also, there is a critical lack of Metro 2033 in this thread.

edit: Oh, nevermind. PS3 only then..

I dunno. I can't think of a single shooter I'd ever want to play on consoles. Resistance, Killzone, Bioshock 2? Lots of people seem to like those.

No, you said you no 360 and/or laptop, and mentioned a couple of shooters you tried for the PS3. Never said, "PS3 only."
