Recommend me Headphones with great Sound quality?

A Few Bulletpoints though.

1a. It has to be a Wired headphones.

1b. Is there a difference if it ends with either a jack-plug or a USB plug?

2. It has to be these Big Ear Covering Headphones like this:

3. It has to have a built in Microphone for Voice Chat in Gaming.

4. What brands do you recommend that have given Headphones with great Sound Quality.

I made this thread because my PS3 Wireless Headset is starting to Malfunction because the Adapter for it is starting to die out:

Its still working now but I am getting wary of its Malfunctioning, a shame because its a damn good headset, it even has its own Volume slider giving more loudness control, and the sound quality is steller.

Your number 3 will exclude the serious audiophile headphones. The Grado SR225e are the pinnacle of sound. Anything above that the cost to performance ratio becomes steep. I couldn't recommend an audiophile gaming headphone, but I think there are some niche companies that make some. Klipsch is about to release an over ear Bluetooth. Without listening I couldn't recommend, but I have been impressed with their headphones in the past and their free standing speakers are fantastic compared to the price.

Did furthur reaserch, it does have 7.1 Surround Sound Digital. and the extra Volume control AND the Microphone can be muted so that I can mute it when someone enters my room making interupptions.
