So, awkward thing about growing upold. My tastes in music is changing. I used to be into hip hop/rap/rock. But i found myself starting to enjoy more... soft? Smooth? I don't know.

Something without the big beats, and heavy guitar. Maybe something with a piano? Something light.

A song i really enjoy at the moment is Lost boy by ruth B.

Music along that vein. Also if there is a perticular genre for that let me know what it's called.

So you like R&B Pop? Can't stand the genre too much myself, but here is a song from it that I enjoy,

If you don't mind folk influenced inide rock, this is something I've been listening to. Don't let the cover scare you off. Its super mellow.

Sabaton - The Last Stand, a heavy metal album (but not screechy or growly) about famous battles. It kicks off with arena pleaser 'Sparta' and continues on from there.

Ugh...Fucking YouTube with the fucking publishers getting in the way of me linking any worthy shit here. Sorry, no other option here, I just gotta throw a couple of albums n artists your way based on an experienced understanding of your words implemented within your post;

Mattafix - Signs of a struggle
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
Portishead - Dummy
Anything by Antoine Dufour ... Wonderful chill musician.

There is a lot of other stuff, like really a lot, it's kinda a thing I find hard to avoid. But that stuff is worth checking through... see what takes your fancy. It won't all be good, but that's part of the exploration.
