I was listening to these and I absolutely love them.

I don't really know much music of this genre, can anyone recommend me more. It doesn't have to be identical but I'm really liking the anthemic piano. (Although I wouldn't mind other instruments)

This is still one of my all time favorites:

Sounds like something Bartok would've composed!

OT: Can recommend composers you are free to Youtube:

Rachmaninov: One of the most epic piano concertos ever written:

Chopin:

Others include Beethoven/Brahms/Schubert, and Bach, but he's known for organ/harpsichord music (but there are piano adaptations). Enjoy

The guy who did most of that soundtrack is Yann Tiersen, I'd suggest looking up more of his stuff, it's all got a similar feel.

I'm on a soundless PC so I can't really hear your songs to know what kind of piano music you like.
Anyway, I feel like sharing some of my favorites. :p

I'm a fan of old piano classics.

Turkish March - Mozart (my favorite ^.^)
Fantasie Impromptu - Chopin
Grande Valsa Brillante - Chopin
Für Elise - Beethoven

Those are the ones I can remember from the top of my head. There are way more I know but don't know their names, sadly.
I hope it can be a start!

Oh wait, that sort of piano music >.>

Well, you can always look up more from that composer who did the soundtrack if you want something specifically like that, but as far as other things that sound similar... well I don't think I can help you. I'm more of a fan of the classics personally and everything that I can think of that sounds similar to that is from a video game.

However, go with just looking up more from that composer. Probably your best bet.

The artist you want is Ludovico Einaudi. I suggest starting with either his album Nightbook or I Giorni. But according to that style, I Giorni might be best suited for your style. It's a very calm album. Einaudi is considered a minimalist when it comes to the piano. He usually does solos--he only adorns a few of his songs with other sounds.

Oh, and if I had to choose another song from his not on that album, it'd be Ancora from his album Una Mattina. Really, I recommend all of his albums, but those two are good starting place for you I think :)

Moonlight Sonata is the most beautiful song ever written.
I too love the piano if I ever get around to it, I'd really like to learn how to play it one day.
Holy shit. Beethoven wrote that? My friend's always going on about how great Mozart is for writing it.

Yann Tiersen is absolutely brilliant. I like those songs as well

As for recommendations? As already mentioned: Ludovico Einaudi. Divenire and Nightbook are his most recent albums.

Thank-you these are exactly the kind of things I was looking for. Thanks everybody for your help so far!

Nothing beats a bit of Scott Joplin

and Chico Marx is something of a piano master, don't study piano playing without first seeing his work

Search for Ludovico Einaudi. He does great work with the piano.

If not him, then Joe Hisaishi never goes wrong (Though he performs mostly with an Orchestra)
