Lately my stress level has gone through the roof due to stuff like Moving, College Tuition, Family Issues and Work Related issues. Alas I have nothing to really relax me but music, sadly the music can only do so much. So I figure why not get some relaxing games such as Flower for the PS3. Too bad I don't own a PS3. So this is what I need help with, suggest some relaxing PC and Xbox 360 games for me to purchase (So long as it isn't Sim 3, I have a deep hatred for that game).

Viva Pinata for the 360 is relaxing.
Well, it is for me anyway.

Fallout 3

Nothing like standing atop a hill and looking out over the ruined flyovers, motorways and skeletal trees at sunset.

Visual poetry.

As mentioned, I don't own a PS3. Viva Pinata is relaxing but kept making me frustrated for some reason. I might give it another shot. As for Fallout 3, I've played that game to the point where not even mods can save it :(

Try some of the independent games from the XBL marketplace. Some of them are little more than vibrating massagers and music players.

Unless you're frustrated by puzzles easily or hate point/click, I'd say Machinarium is pretty relaxing. The music is very mellow and cool, and its a very lighthearted adventure.
Also Peggle can be, but its less of a game than it is a combination of bust-a-move, plinko, bricks, and crack cocaine.

Any suggestions? I'm iffy of Independent games on the XBL Marketplace because some are really poorly made.

[Edit]
As for Peggle, I get my fix during my "WoW Downtime" where I just sit and play Peggle ingame via the Peggle addon.

Hexic isn't half bad.

I always found Myst to be a great way to unwind, as well.

What? Slashing bystanders with a 3-foot-tall blade growing out of your arm IS relaxing.
I got to the final boss in that game and got too frustrated.

None, off the top of my head, I'd browse around, there are multiple massagers though, I can't remember which are good. Sorry I can't be more help than that.

I read. I was just implying you should get your hands on a PS3 :p

If you're going for cathartic relaxation I suggest picking up GTA or possibly Saints Row 2

And if you had a Wii I'd imagine MadWorld does just about the same thing.

Lol, This happened to me, too. The problem was I was trying to be fancy, trying to use all of the power's I'd acquired. After something like the 8th or 9th failed attempt I gave up and went to youtube where I learned the best approach is to

Repeatedly use the quick whip-fist attack and dodge the junk he throws at you. Following this method I was able to easily defeat him in 1 attempt

But anyways, back on topic, I find the game that best relaxes me is the original Godfather: The Game (Xbox 360). I feel that it has enough going on without being overwhelming (GTA IV suffered from this a bit), and for me the handling is the smoothest of almost any game I've played.
