My very fist video game was Spyro The Purple Dragon for the Playstation. Either that or it was Star Fox 64, not sure which as this was a long time ago.
I think it was the Living Daylights on my Spectrum 128k, with the lightgun and everything. It was piss-poor as I remember, but I was about 5 or 6, so what the hell did I know?
Seriously NO Mario game can compete with that one, Galaxy is shit in comparison to 64, and I haven't tried Sunshine yet but I was with a friend who played it and it doesn't seem as great as 64.
Either a football game on the Saturn or the Alien Trilogy on the Saturn. The Alien Trilogy was very very difficult, I could never get passed the second level, and it was very unforgiving.
Super Mario World. Answering this thread caused me to realise that I played this on some relatives GBP at least two years before I recall playing my first personal game (Pokemon Yellow).
Also is it just me, or does everyone's first game series{'s} becomes one of their pillars of gaming?
