With only days before the 2016 US Presidential election, a minor controversy can spell the end for presidential dreams. Today, the aspirations for a third party victory has been squashed as Wikileaks has released multiple e-mails showing varying levels of corruption of D.L. Com, the PC Gaming Master Race Party nominee.
Some of the information in the leaks include:
*Taking bribes from Sony and Microsoft to promote console sales
*Secretly supporting DRM on games
*Admits that people who want 60 FPS are 'nerdy virgins'
*Wants to pass legislation making Steam a virtual monopoly on digital sales
Although the mainstream media has been slow to report on the story, the two nominees went on the offensive to inform their voter base.
"I've never seen this kind of low energy before, even Jeb had more! Sad!" tweeted Donald Trump. He kept saying that Mr.Com was a 'bad hombre' and that the Firewall was made 10 feet taller.
"This candidate seriously needs to Pokemon Go to Jail!" said Hillary Clinton, missing the irony in bashing someone based on Wikileaks leaks.
Mr. Com has not been seen since the leak but sources tell us that he was last seen on a plane and heading for Iceland to join forces with the Pirate Party.
