I actually wanted to submit this as a news article, but I couldn't figure out how. Anyway, have a look at the trailer:

The Finnish-based game studio Theory Interactive has released the reveal trailer for what they dub, "A sci-fi noir, a mystery, a first-person puzzle game." A time traveling robot from the future who solves puzzles may be a less poetic way of saying it, however.
Reset's gameplay is based around a mechanic where you can manipulate objects in the environment and then travel back in time to work alongside your former self to accomplish tasks that might be too much for a single robot - things like crossing the road and plugging in generators, apparently.
Atmosphere and story are central to Theory's development goals, too, and the trailer depicts a very nicely detailed robot in a neglected future metropolis. As to what the story actually is about, well that's anyone's guess.
The two Finns developing the game have created a pretty stunning engine which has been specifically designed for Reset. Textures, lighting, shadows, and reflections look well beyond the realm of what I would think a single pair of developers could pull off, even if they are Finnish.
Reset recently passed the Steam Greenlight concept phase, and an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign is soon forthcoming.
