Dirty Work might just be the most underappreciated comedy I can think of at the moment. It almost never gets brought up, but it was really funny stuff. And unlike a lot of comedy films with an ensemble of comedians... Norm was featured in Dirty Work, but he let everyone else in the cast shine as well.

Once you know the voice, he's instantly recognizable. The first time I saw Norm was he played one of Billy's friends in Billy Madison.
