Ripped Off Completely

So I went and bought Die Hard 4.0 for the second time, the packaging states the film as being the uncut version of the film, now not once, but twice, I've bought the movie and both times, neither has been uncut, thoughts?

It can take years to get the definitive version of a good movie. Hell, I'm still waiting for the perfect cut of The Empire Strikes Back.
