I was secretly kind of hoping Dreamcast games would appear on the Wii. Oh well.

Agreed somewhat, what I think is that they will bundle it with a big name franchise, it's the only way it can work. I guarantee Microsoft will do it with Reach.

An emulator for all PS2 games? I might get a PS3 now. Though the amount of times I said that is the same number as the amount of AIDS infectees in Africa. (lolz!)

Regardless I think it is obvious they'll have PS2 EMU.

They said they wouldn't get dual shock...and they did. They said they wouldn't have a PS3 slim...and they did. Now they've said they won't ever emulated PS2 games again...I wonder what will happen.

Re: PS2 Emulation. It looks like that rather then make PS2 games playable on the PS3, they want to be able to make it so you can download and play them via PSN and not by using your old disks. If I'm right, screw Sony. If I'm wrong, I'm buying a PS3.

As it stands you can get a PS2 slim and sit it on top of a PS3 slim for far less than the cost of a Backwards Compatible PS3 at this point (assuming you buy a used Ps2 slim).

But to each their own . I have all the current systems and my PS3 is easily getting the most play.
