I am getting back onto RS after taking a couple of years break and was wondering if any escapers play it as well.
My RS name is Knightdad and I play world 46 mainly. Hook me up if yall like to do some DGing or talk or whatever really!

Played it many years ago, but I quit because I found it to bore me a lot with its constant demand for grinding.

I will say, unique quests and I like how it was browser based.

I sold my account for Guild Wars money, I had a lv55 with the trimmed green armor. I'm actually surprised by how much I accomplished without subscribing once. I remember the first time I played it in some random cafe in Spain that had like 2 computers, I went on MiniClip because I was bored. I have a lot of good memories playing it, mainly standing on some fishing platform (on a small island you had to get a boat to) fishing for lobsters, people would ask "level?" and randomly get attacked by a troll every now and then. Ahh, I was so easily pleased.

People still play this game. I played it in grade 7-8. Once my account got hacked.... by a friend I found out since he said he somehow... got it (this was like 10 months latter) I'd quit pretty much.

I stopped playing because everyone said I should be a miner/smith because they make the most money. Then I had to fight for coal with all the other assholes. Runescape is SO much more fun on smaller servers or during school hours.

I was a fisher too haha only i was level like 72 free worlder. I always went to that island...it started with a K im sure of that.

My brief experience with Runescape as a young and naive innocent are the reason why I have never tried any MMO's since. At best it was dull and at worst some random guy who was like 30 levels above me just picked a fight and killed me for no reason when I had no chance of winning (this happened a lot)

I might play some time in the future, though maybe not after seeing that newest Old Republic trailer.
