Saints row 3 for pc?

So I thoroughly enjoyed playing Saints 2 on 360 and was thinking of pre-ordering the next one on pc but i hear the previous ones were really badly ported and werent as good.

What are your thoughts on this and any idea if the third will have the same problem?

I'm a little worried for the PC version too. I would wait and see what's said about it at launch. With any luck they'll eventually patch it or the modders might be able to fix it up. That's when to buy it.
I'll probably just get the ps3 version. My ps3 has been collecting dust anyway. The only other game I got for it this year was Portal 2 and that was just because it came with a free copy for the PC.

The PC version is being developed in-house this time by Volition, as opposed to being done by a third party as in the case of SR2(namely, a division of CD Projekt in this case). This should equate to a better port this time around.
