More voices for character selection,I mean playing as a british voiced gangster was awsome the first playthrough but kinda got old the 2nd.

I would also like to see better "crib" customization and more reason to have one besides storing cars and a place to get money and stuff.

I think they should fill the game with secret easter eggs like UFOs and stuff like that to make the game cooler for those egg hunters that play.

Limited edition content like a special car,weapon, and crib from getting it.

I could think of alot more things but they involve stuff that noone could care about one way or another lol.

I also think it would be really cool to have access to all the costumes the NPCs wear. And along those lines, an NPC editor would be pretty cool. I love me some customizable cutscenes.

Something that I would like to see in every open-world game is buildings... Yes, buildings, you don't see many of those in games these days, all you see are these weird things that come out of the ground that you can't enter.

As has been said: A proper freaking port to the PC. One that doesn't look like it's from 1999 and still plays like it's from the future year of 2024.

Yeah, it pisses me of in "open world" games, that you can't go everywhere.. You should be allowed to walk in to random office buildings and just go berserk. It'd add a lot to the games.

I was at a loss until this. Yeah, the ability to walk in and out of buildings.

I would also like to be able to make a radio station with music from my HDD.

A better matchmaking system. The one in SR2 is a bit...slow. And illogical - all top players on one team and all the newbies on the other?
I would also like it to keep the awesomeness of part 2 and not deteriorate away into something else entirely. The above posts would be welcome additions though!

Rumor. No word about it on the official Saints Row forum. Unless V-singular, the community manager announces it, i call bullshit. The game is in PRE-production and could be scrapped at any time untill there's an official release date.

The bloke who Graeme interviewed on Inside Xbox UK confirmed that SR3 was in production before SR2 was even finished, hoping to take the story in a new direction.

I want my character's decisions to be affected by the players choices, I didn't have my British/Australian, Edward Norton looking gangbanger smoking pot, so I don't reckon that he should do so in cutscenes without player approval, I don't have a problem with people using drugs recreationally and all that, but I think the choice should lie with the player, I don't use drugs so I don't think the game should just assume that my character does.

, but I would have liked some degree of control over my characters choices and actions as far as the story goes, I think that Julius was right to a degree, and given the choice I would not have killed him, I would have kicked his sorry behind in the ground, but I don't think killing him was the right thing to do, so I think that in game choices should reflect that

Maybe a "morality" system, I mean it is fairly obvious that the main character is a murdering psycho, but we should be able to decide if he is the good kind of murdering psycho (Kane from Kane and Lynch) or the absolutely evil kind of murdering psycho (Kane from C&C)

A cover system, for one.
Although, I would like to see the possibility of joining a rival gang. I think it would fit perfectly with LGC's morality system. Also, HDD made playlists (Like in the original SR, although cudlly beat me to that), and maybe, like in R6: Vegas, the ability to use your face via X-Box camera.
