I dont know if this has been done before but...
What is the freakiest/most scary/strangest dream you have ever had?

For me it was last year, I tried cutting weight for wrestling, and in doing so I experienced the most frightening nightmares ever. I would watch a serial murder slowly killing every freind/family member/loved one I had ever known. As the dream went on the murders got more gruesome and more of the murderer was revealed to me, I also found myself almost enjoying it, as though it were a game. The Dream would conclude with my family being killed and the girl I love the most bound in front of the mirror, and I could see myself in the mirror with blood splattered clothes, bloody cleaver in my hand, and a sadistic smile on my face, slowling moving towards her.
Freakiest shit that ever happened to me in a dream.

That made my chuckle.

I keep having dreams about me being with other guys that aren't my boyfriend. Namely ex's. Creepy. -shrudders-

That's tough, but I'd have to hand it to the dream involving children drowning and men being flayed alive with excruciating anatomical detail.

I blame the gore on cooking.

like its weird, i would be dreaming of a normal day where nothing is out of the ordinary and the second i tip my haid to far forward all my front teeth fall out. I dont know why i thinking this, i have healthy teeth and the whole deal, but i understand why you think your dream is creepy, if i were dreaming of men i would shudder too

I think my scariest dream that I can still remember was one where my boyfriend was trying to kill me. I mean hunting me down and slaughtering me with just a psychotic rage in his eyes.

I hate those types of dreams. There is never any way to find protection or security.

As a little kid, I had a big collection of little green army men that I used to play with in the street (of all places). I kept losing them in the gutter; my dad would not recover them for me. Eventually, I began having nightmares wherein all the army men and little tanks, etc., I had lost came back to seek revenge on me.

This went on for like 7 years. :( Every single one was terrifying and ended with me dying and waking up startled and freaked the hell out, except the very last one -- I escaped, and never dreamt about them again.

Well plus there's the emotional factor of having your boyfriend trying to hunt you down and kill you.

For some reason, I really just can't imagine how that must feel. However, I can tell that it must be pretty aweful.

I get dreams straight out of Goosebumps. Scariest one? A demonic squirrel switches with me, so I am left watching from nearby branches while it (possessing my body) goes on a bloody rampage.

Yeah. Demonic squirrels. Didn't help that the town I was living in seemed to have more squirrels in the trees than birds.

My scariest dreams involve people I deeply care about getting hurt.

A couple months ago I had a dream about a psychotic girl who seemed impervious to harm. I watched a chandelier drop onto her, and she got up, covered in blood, giving me an evil grin. She then grabbed the kitchen knife and started chasing me. As soon as I thought I got away and reached safety, there she was, holding the knife to my boyfriend's neck.

More recently, I had a dream about a creepy older guy following my sister and me in a department store as we're shopping for clothes together. He grabbed my sister's arm and tried pulling her aside, and then I hit him with my purse and punched him in the face.

I always wake up just before anything seriously bad happens, but I usually wake up in tears and utterly afraid. Even when I'm awake enough to know that the dream wasn't real, that doesn't take away the fear.

Yeah. Someone you love and would be willing to trust with your life, coming at you with a hatred evident in his face, trying to take your life? Easily one of the worst things I can ever remember feeling.

What bothers me in my dreams is that 911 never works. There's never any police or security...
I guess I put too much faith in them, but where would we be without the authorities?

Scariest dream I've had was when I vividly dreamed that I had just woken up in my bed and someone was in the room with me. I couldn't move or breathe. I could see and hear something moving in the shadows by my closet, but was absolutely frozen. Thankfully, I woke up after only a minute or two. I hadn't been breathing, and my heart was racing like I'd just run a marathon.

I remember quite a while ago, I had a bizarre, yet strangely terrifying one. I dreamed that I was watching the news, and this horrifying...thing was just walking in a straight line through everything, and everyone around it just, died. It was sort of like the thing someone up above said, dark and foggish with a creepy face. All I really remember is that I moved a few steps to the left, and the thing on the TV changed its direction ever so slightly, just enough that I could tell it was walking straight at me. I don't really know why, but it scared the hell out of me at the time.
