Scariest Movie Scene Of All Time?

What in your opinion is the scariest movie scene of all time?
A scene I was scared by was in Exorcist 3 when the Nurse was killed at the hospital (you just didn't see it coming!!!)

I found the multiple scenes in Martyrs where that... thing... is tormenting and mutilating Lucie (first in the orphanage then later in the house) to be the most terrifying thing I've ever witnessed on film. The thing (no spoilers) was just so intense and malevolent.
